what is UP with this weather!

Ok, my tolerance is about to give up on this darn Chicago weather. I mean, it's JUNE... aren't we suppose to have sunny skies and warm temperatures? It's actually chilly. CHILLY. I was wearing a hoody inside yesterday. That's just not right...Oh the effects of global warming..
